Always Give Your Readers and Clients More

I truly believe that if you want more in life you have to be prepared to give more.
Nowhere is this truer than in online business where you should always give your readers and clients more.
Why? Because if you don’t someone else will! And also because if you do, you will be showing your readers and your clients just how highly you value them and they will be far more likely to come back to you, to recommend you, to trust you and ultimately to ‘buy’ from you – whether you’re selling a product or just asking them to buy into an idea.
Yes, there are always those out there who will take advantage of your generous and giving nature – I remember one such person who once said to me and Andy ‘you’re really nice people but you’ll never have much in life’ - but rest assured people like that will be proven wrong very quickly and what’s more, people like that are never those who have abundance in their lives because they are too concerned with holding on to what little they have rather than opening their arms to allow more into their life…
So how can you give more?
You can impart knowledge and information for free – it’s often said that we learn from our own mistakes - but we often learn far more from the benefit of other’s experiences. Therefore why not consider collating your thoughts, feelings, findings and experiences on a particular subject matter dear to your reader or clients’ hearts into an eBook and offering it as an added bonus for those who sign up for a certain service that you offer for example.
If you don’t feel you have the depth of knowledge to collate a well informed piece, why not take some time out to research the subject matter because if it is truly a subject you know is important to your readership, by knowing more about it you will understand your readers or your clients better and be in a better position to serve them in the future.
Be prepared to invest time into your readership – without them, who and what are you and your online business anyway?
An alternative approach to giving more is to repackage your disassociated email or blog ramblings into coherent copy and then publish the resultant writings on your website in a well structured article format so that anyone researching a specific aspect of your product or service can find answers to all their questions in one place.
A slightly more time intensive way to always give your readers and clients more is through offering mentoring to those who sign up for a specific product or service. Sure, this type of approach requires a great deal of time and effort on your behalf – but if you offer a 30 day mentoring program to say, the first 30 sign-ups for example, you’ll have a very powerful call to action in place. This call to action will get you those 30 profitable sign-ups very quickly which will give you revenue security and therefore make it more than worth the additional time and effort needed to mentor your first 30 sign ups for the first 30 days.
I’m sure you can think of a hundred different ways that you could give just a little extra to your clients and your readers – after all, they are worth the extra time and effort - and the time and effort is therefore well invested towards your profitable and successful future.
